We can build Windows desktop applications for use on Windows PCs and Laptops, and database-driven websites using MySQL server, MSSQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, MSAccess and other database applications.

Our custom-made software is protected under our copyright until the contract is paid. At this point, the copyright transfers to you or the new owner.

We will provide the source code upon completion of the contract, which is defined as full payment and final acceptance of the deliverables. The source code will not include licenses for any third-party runtime controls, which must be obtained separately by the client.

If you modify the compiled code, we cannot guarantee support for any issues that arise as a result of those modifications. Structural changes to database tables or form controls that our code interacts with may cause unexpected behavior or loss of functionality.

If issues occur after such modifications, we may be able to assist under separate terms, such as a maintenance agreement or additional support fees, subject to mutual agreement.

Bugs are identified and resolved throughout the development process (see below). However, unforeseen issues may arise in production due to factors such as untested edge cases, environmental differences, or changes in business processes.

If a bug is discovered in a production version of the program, it will be addressed provided a valid support contract is in place. Support agreements ensure timely resolution of issues and continued system stability.

 

1. Alpha Testing

The alpha stage focuses on verifying that the program provides the necessary information and meets initial functional requirements. At this stage, errors may still be present, but we have a system in place to track and diagnose issues efficiently.

2. Beta Testing

After completing the alpha phase, the beta version serves as a pilot release, tested with sample or real-world data to confirm that the software performs as expected. This stage helps identify any remaining issues before moving forward.

3. Live Testing

During the live test phase, the software is deployed in a real-world environment with actual user interactions. This stage allows us to assess performance, stability, and usability under real conditions. Any final bugs or optimization needs are identified and addressed.

4. Final Release

Once live testing is successfully completed, the software reaches its final release stage. At this point, all known issues have been resolved, and the system is considered stable and ready for full deployment.
